Just finished watching this and it is already too late where I am. This feels refreshing, because they are being themselves. Another member here said in the Weekly Carat Corner that she likes this kind of interview as it enables us to see them in-depth, and I agree with her.
The stories they have here are both fun, and also elicit sadness. The struggles of the past. Makes you wanna thank them for enduring all those years because had they not, we would not know them. We wouldn’t be as happy as we are today. (I would admit knowing SVT colored a part of my little, used-to be mostly grey world). Also, they are still normal men their age who went/go through a lot. They are figuring out life like all of us do. Yes, it is true they have the money, and are in a better lot than many or everyone of us here financially and career-wise, but they are also in different circumstances where we could say we are luckier than them (like we have privacy and can do anything without being judged by the world, unlike them who have everyone’s eyes on them, *insert intro to Hot*). Fame and money come with a price, y’know. To Carats in Hawaii, be prepared. Mingyu and Joshua might plan to live there.
Loving how Joshua and Mingyu shared their minds here. Now I understand why Joshua and DK are close. The sentimentality — I feel they share that trait most, and talk about things that concern them, standing as each other’s confidants. Mingyu’s words here also struck me and made me ponder deeply, hence I’m here flooding a comment. Past 3AM thoughts, it is.
