Her account wasn’t hacked. This happens to artists all the time. Typically, when music is uploaded to Spotify, distributors will use a code specific to the artist so it gets uploaded under the right artist. Some distributors, however, will just use the artist’s name, which is what happened here. It’ll be cleared up eventually.

Someone else already asked this here yesterday. It happens to artists with common names all the time. It will be fixed eventually.

Her account wasn’t hacked. This happens to artists all the time. Typically, when music is uploaded to Spotify, distributors will use a code specific to the artist so it gets uploaded under the right artist.
