  1. As a reminder since the article doesn’t mention it, this is the third search warrant that has been attempted. The first two requests were rejected.

It’s not clear why the outcome would be different this time.

  2. They had nothing the first two times they tried this. It’s almost laughable at this point.

So wait the FSS ordered the highest punishment based on what?

Like they sent him to be prosecuted without evidence ?

The reason why the past warrants were rejected was rumored to be because of a turf war between the prosecutors branch and the police as they’ve not made up their mind on who would head the investigation.

However, this could be different, the FSS has concluded their investigation and concluded that the case is ripe for prosecution this time(they were still investigating when the last warrant was requested), so they are kind of obligated to break the stalement.

Note: a case doesn’t go to prosecution if all parties investigating feel they don’t have enough evidence to succeed. If the prosecutors deem the police and FSS’s investigation to have solid grounds to stand on, BSH might be facing some serious charges.
