Hi all, recently I bought this photo with Momo's signature on it. I was wondering if you guys believe it to be faked? I asked the seller about it and this is what they said in the screenshot above. To be honest, I don't really mind if it's real or not since I didn't pay much for it, but obviously I'd hope it to be authentic. I have no reason to believe they're lying tho, saying that they got it when TT dropped in 2016 seems pretty specific so I'm inclined to think it's authentic. Also, when opening up the photo from the frame, it's a normal photo with kodak branding on the back and not a postcard. The back is also yellowed, potentially due to age? If so, it lines up with their story of getting it gifted in 2016.

Idk much bit I hope it’s real it’s so cool
It’s real until proven otherwise 😉 😁
it’s fake, they don’t don’t random 8×10’s— that aside, as a momo signature collector (and in general) I can tell that it was forged
The photo does look like its from TT era, specifically Knock Knock so around Twicecoaster Lane 2. I can’t find this photo at all anywhere though. As for the signature, no idea.
I saw the listing on Mercari. I know a lot of their individually signed postcards/bookmarks have been going down lately (mostly due to over saturation), but $15 for an autographed photo seems unlikely.
Can’t be 100% sure though, so just enjoy the photo!
The signature is too perfect… Perfect pressure and the best version of her signature.
Real signatures have half faded ink and pressure and done VERY fast….
No one can say for sure, there isn’t a way to verify it even if it was legit, anyone claiming to know 100% one way or the other is only guessing or assuming
But this is why I don’t pay for any signed merch that aren’t official postcards or come with the sticker, but even some of those stickers get counterfeited so you have to watch out
Does anyone have a source for this photo?
