Please ensure you have the correct Membership type:

• KR/HK Membership tickets require having official Global Carat membership.
• JP Membership tickets require having a Japanese Carat membership; see our Japan ticketing guide for additional details.
• The Sponsor Presale for HK is available only to those living in HK and requires having a Hang Seng Visa credit card.

* Delayed Single-View Streaming is a replay event of the live-streamed show and is available only in HD Single-View. Delayed Single-View Streaming plays only once per concert. Purchasing a 1-Day Pass enables you to only rewatch the same concert on the respective day. Purchasing a 2-Day Pass enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both concerts.

Additional notes about ticket services:

• Tickets can be cancelled/refunded until 1 hour before the show; there is no partial refund for the 2 day pass.
• A VOD service is not included.

View the livestream here. The streaming site opens 1 hour before the show begins. Convert to your timezone here.

Live subtitles in English, Japanese, and simplified Chinese will be provided. Machine translation will be available for traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Tagalog.

You can view the stream logged in to 1 device only with a single-view ticket. You can be logged in up to 2 devices with a membership-only, Multi-View ticket.

If you purchased a membership-only 4K Single-View ticket, remember to set the playback resolution on the viewing page. You can test your device's display capabilities here.

Q) How does the CARAT membership pre-sale application period work?

A) Those with an official CARAT membership from Weverse can participate in a ticket buying period prior to sales opening to the general public. Please see venue-specific details above.

Q) Do I have to get a membership in order to get tickets? Will tickets still be available after the pre-sale?

A) No, tickets are usually still available during the general sale. That said, if you want "good" seats/VIP seating, those are usually sold out during the pre-sale period. It is currently unclear if all seats will be available during the pre-sale period, or if some will be reserved for general seating.

Occasionally, additional seating can open up during the general sales period, but these tend to be less-optimal seats.

Q) Does applying for the membership pre-sale guarantee me a spot in the pre-sale?

A) Unfortunately, no! For KR/JP, if your application is unsuccessful, you will have to wait for general sales.
