  1. It’s a publicity stunt, now everyone knows about their group even if they change the name.

  2. SapphicSonata on

    *Similarities to EVERGLOW’S name*

Like.. being called everglow? Literally EVERGLOW but lowercase? Lol.

  3. I was expecting them to be called Featherglow or something “similar” as per the title but it was literally just everglow in lowercase.

  4. So in the statement the CEO says they used “everglow” for 10 years as a personal project. Would be believeable if they had any proof. Even just a blog post or a photo of something with the name on it.

I mean, I could reasonably assume a person in a different country and industry coming up with the name “everglow” from their own mind, but it’s really too much of a coincidence they ALSO have 6 members and an almost identical logo lol

That said, I can’t feel too strongly over it because iirc Yueha is forcing the members to buy the name and legacy. If I was a member I’d be tempted to simply let the name EVERGLOW go and let Yueha spend money after the Japanese company.

Anyway, please don’t rebrand as everforever.

  5. Dumb idea but imagine if the 4 members of EVERGLOW just went over and asked everglow if they could join them, lol

    Edit:
    I’ve worked out the timeline

Aisha’s gonna hit up the girls from the other company and be like “Hey, you wanna be Everglow? Because we wanna be Everglow too”

And then they all team up and form a super Everglow group.

They become wildly successful and buy out Yuehua, get the rights back to the original Everglow brand/catalog, save Yiren from purgatory, and demolish Yuehua’s HQ
