Yes, preorders are up on Target for their exclusive version and the standard release preorders are up on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and the Record Store Day website.
Yes real, and it’s not US exclusive. One major UK website already has it for sale with teaser artwork.
Of course it’s real, I always notice everything about new news via YouTube and reddit
