This is my first time going to prudential center and just kpop in general. I’m going to their concert today and I’m wanting to know what I should know, do, or expect. Also!! When do the merch lines open, when should I get there, and how does that work because I want to try to get the American tour merch. Thanks

Merch line opens in 20 min. Uh. Last time I was at prudential center for a show it was… a shitshow. No organization for people getting in, loads of people still waiting to get in when the show started, no lines set up, no employees who knew anything. Hopefully it’s better today. Show was good.
You’ll be fine. Merch is open until 5pm and reopens at 6pm with doors. It’ll be a lot of people but absolutely go. Just get to venue as early as you can to give yourself time!!
My friend and I have EASY VIP tickets. We were wondering when check in is for that. Is it when the doors open? I just don’t want us to miss getting our benefits lol
