Hi, I placed an order on weverse at the beginning of August but it still hadn't arrived at the end of August so I decided to contact customer services who told me that they would get back to me. Today I received an email telling me that the package had been sent back to their warehouse with returns at my expense because I had never received the package even though I had never been given a delivery date, so I ended up paying $55.74 in returns for a $58.56 order, so a $2.82 refund.

  1. If I were you, I’d consider a chargeback. However, they’d probably block your card, which would prevent you from making any future transactions with them. Either way, how incredibly disrespectful is that sentence: ‘due to a lack of care on the customer’s part’?

  2. If u paid with a credit card, contact your bank customer support and raise a chargeback. Provide your order details and lack of support from the website and this email.
