    Wendy RIZZ at the end!

    The Japanese viewfinder in the beginning!

    For the falling down the middle of the stairs scene (about 1 minute and 23 seconds in), I somehow immediately thought of Bakemonogatari Episode 1 or so with Hitagi Senjougahara, lol, even though I haven’t seen it in over a decade now.

    Then the spotlight scene came on and I was like, is this another subtle UAP/USO/NHI/etc. reference in Kpop again (so many of these in music videos this past few years cuz they’re also helping with the inevitable disclosure), cuz yesterday with the MQ-9 video (from October 30, 2024) is some otherworldly thing, unbelievable times ahead for the entire world.

    This is delightful anthem, showcases her vocals. I wish she did a Vermilion type of title track though, as that’s one of my favorite songs by Wendy, but I like these powerful rock releases as well.

    Nice music video, pretty excited for the Cerulean Verge mini album, her voice is literally the vast endless ocean to my ears, so beautiful. Wish Wendy will come back to Toronto with the rest of Red Velvet members sometime in 2026 or 2027, they’re my ult group of all time.

    I love it! It’s so bright and cheerful, and Wendy of course sounds amazing. It’s definitely going to be one of those songs that instantly puts me in a good mood when I hear it. Also, the rizz shirt made me laugh and she looked super cute in it.

    I’m really liking the song, but I think the last chorus could have used a little more oomph. Where are the high notes and ad-libs, Miss Wendy?

    Still excited for the album and the upcoming tour. 🙂

    This is such a good song! There’s something nostalgic about it. I really like the instrumental, especially the beginning. The chorus is the absolute best part of the song. I do wish there were bigger vocals at the end tho!

    I don’t think I’ll ever like interludes in MVs lol. ^((Or that Rizz + belt outfit.))

    Wow i just LOVE a vocalist, this was absolutely perfect for Wendy and I truly hope she finds success during this comeback she’s been working so hard

    Fast paced. Beautiful voice. Good range. Nothing strenuous. Great way to reintroduce her.

    So Wendy just guested on a variety show “MBC’s Where is My Home” this week. And in the past couple of months, she also had an official youtube account, official X (twitter) account, two regular variety like talk shows on chillsung channel and studio peanut butter where she is the host, and a 3rd mini album, a new MV Sunkiss, plus a world tour coming up in 2026. Now she’s all over the scene with all these promotions. All of this happened very quickly after she left SM.

    ASND did in 3 months what SM can’t do in 3 years.
