    Isn’t this the whole thing where they said they weren’t gonna trade publicly, but then a couple years later they did decide to go public? They always try and make it out like they lied to people and then only a couple months later changed it when really there was a multi-year gap between these events. Which can happen when businesses see massive growth in a short time so their model shifts.

    Haven’t they tried to charge him for this before and failed due to lack of evidence?

    This isn’t me trying to meat ride for a corporation or a billionaire (ew), but like… come on. This is a bunch of rich people trying to get money out of another rich person using the law.
