Interesting that here, Haewon and Jiwoo are staying close like in the MV, and at the end when Jiwoo looks up at the MV, it’s of a water droplet. Here, at the end, it’s the bird-rain thing.
Have we finally found mixxtopia? Or was it within them the whole time? Either way, it’s beautiful and I’m glad the lore has gone with them getting past the Blue Valentine stage for the first time. Perfect for the first full album, new adventure awaits!
EDIT: Tying more into the MV, I just realized that the set where they’re dancing in a large ribcage almost looks like a Whale skeleton. Whalefalls are an event which the death of a whale creates a new biome for life to thrive on the bottom of the ocean. Which is one of the contrasts of death and life, much like love and hate. And now they arrive in the webtoon at a seemingly dead planet, and start to bring life to it. Mixx this with the Whale being a constant in NMIXX lore… My theory brain is in overload I keep noticing new details and I don’t know if any of them are intentional or not but it’s very cool to draw these conclusions.
