happy birthday to this masterpiece!

I always listen to it whenever I’m travelling alone in a big crowded city. RM and I get to feel lonely together, like a bittersweet musical hug.

I listened to Mono often, but the songs just hit different in the fall.

7 years? I still remember the moment Namjoon dropped mono. They were in Paris during the Love Yourself tour. 

I couldn’t get moonchild’s lyrics out of my head. That song just spoke to me and reached me in a way very, very few songs could. It inspired me to get a tattoo so I’ll always carry a piece of it and of mono with me.

What a masterpiece of music and artistry. 

I love mono. One of my faves.

Still my favorite album of all time! I remember gasping out loud when I heard “seoul.”
