I dont understand. They say they accepted the terms during mediation in the start of october. Ok. So why they said it failed? This is not making a lot of sense to me.

>According to the agency, on September 10th, they entered the stage of practical negotiations by mutually sharing a specific agreement with SM, and after the second mediation date (October 2nd), EXO-CBX clearly conveyed their intention to reach an agreement by accepting all of the conditions presented by SM for a full EXO comeback at the end of the year.
I’m so glad that CBX released a statement, but I’m confused by this passage. I would’ve assumed that one of SM’s conditions for a comeback would be to settle the lawsuit/countersuit at the second mediation. But we got press that the second mediation was unsuccessful and so the trial would proceed. I’m very interested to know what SM’s demands were that CBX accepted if not that.

That article (that I posted) was def media play from SM because most of the article got deleted by the author.
the [article](https://www.lawtimes.co.kr/news/212618) removed the tampering allegation, that SM shortened CBX contract in 2023, most of the biased towards sm

So… with this statement, are we still getting an OT9 comeback if SM stops being a bitch?

SM has always been very petty, whoever has dared to go against them has suffered. They did to TVXQ, they did to Shinwa, they’re doing it to EXO and God knows what they’ll do red velvet. Even if the mediation would’ve gone well they would never allow CBX to perform. They’re like “oh but we are giving you Lay”, bro we had like 2 comebacks without him and feel like I haven’t seen him in like 10 years, that’s how much SM is *enter all the swear words you know”

Okay so if there’s no problem for CBX what’s stopping them from joining the comeback and fanmeet???!! SM move your assssss

How can you accept terms when the mediation failed lol

Wait im confused? So is there gonna be a trial now? Or is the trial done? Will they still be part of EXO? Honestly cant see this happening anymore. Its just too weird hiring them back after the lawsuit thing, even if SM wins.
As someone out the loop is there a tldr on why CBX filed a lawsuit against SM?

>The CBX members have cherished above all the sincerity of the fans who have been with them for so long, and because they earnestly hoped for EXO’s full-group activities, they chose the path of reaching an agreement.
Regardless of the details of the lawsuit (we can argue about it online all day, but none of us have been there to read their contracts, so we are talking out of our asses, for most part) I never doubted CBX’s desire to be apart of EXO. With or without any mistakes made from their side, I will always blame SM first – none of this would have happened if their contracts were satisfactory for the artists.

You know what, I don’t even care anymore. At this point, I’m so thirsty for new EXO music, I don’t care if the next release does or does not have CBX.
