Here’s the context. This clip wasn’t part of the actual episode. The production team uploaded it separately as a short on their channel with a “no post-production” label on the screen. The host brought up Lily’s viral *Golden* cover and politely made an impromptu request, asking if she could sing part of the song. Lily was a bit startled at first, but she asked the host whether she wanted to hear the pre-chorus or the chorus with all the high notes. The host basically replied, “Whatever’s comfortable for you.”
Then Lil Hwang just went off, reading the lyrics off her phone and hitting every note *while sitting down*, which is WILD for a song as difficult as Golden. I personally think she sounded even better here than in her original cover from months ago.
