I became a huge engene early September because of Heeseung’s Ramen Club thing on Soobin’s show. I was into kpop (exclusively girl groups) and a big once during 2021, but lost majority of my interest. I definitely like Enhypen and Heeseung more than any group I’ve liked before. No member has ever interested me more, Heeseung is fs my bias.

I became an Engene around Romance Untold. I like to think it was fate. I don’t usually check out Kpop groups but I decided to randomly check out Romance Untold because it had a pretty cover. I fell for all the songs before I even knew how to spell Enhypen and then I eventually started learning all their names. My first bias was Jay and he’s still my bias. My bias wrecker is Heeseung and Jungwon but I like all 7 lol.
I first learned about them in like 2022 because I heard Fever and Polaroid Love (maybe even Drunk-Dazed too lol) playing on Spotify and I was like yooooooooooo.
During the Dark Blood era I officially became an Engene and my bias has always been Jay 🤣💀 shocking to everyone in this sub, I know!
I’ve had songs from Dimension: Dilemma (Polaroid Love, Just A Little Bit, Upper Side Dreamin’) on Spotify playlists I saved for years but I never actually looked up Enhypen until earlier this year. And ALL of their music is SO good!!!
The first member that caught my eye was Jake; his long hair and prominent nose reminded me of a young Takeshi Kaneshiro, but Korean. Even after I got into their content, Jake’s friendly and endearing personality still made me think of Kaneshiro’s characters. He’s still my bias lol but Jungwon quickly bias wrecked me. I admire his tenacity and complete devotion to what he does, and also his dimples are SO adorable. I think I’ll always have a soft spot for the leader in K-pop groups that I like.
I got into Enhypen during their Romance: Untold era. I liked XO and a reel of their BTHB music video popped up, it was wacky, fun and different from the groups I was following. I’d noticed Jake first, long back, from the famous engene photoism reel where the engene had shown a middle finger on screen — I found Jake to be very handsome and also the iconic “US is also in Europe right?” Jungwon moment. A reel of their performance of Blossom popped up and that’s when I started following them properly (and when I noticed my bias Jay)
Jay has been my bias since the start but Jungwon is now a co-bias.
i vaguely heard about them when i-land was still on because i’ve heard about an idol who used to be a figure skater and that the leader has dimples because there’s this thing that all the hybe leaders have dimples.
i kind of took a break from kpop at the beginning of 2021 but than in june i got into txt because i watched a youtuber back then who lives in korea and who just got into txt herself. i then started to follow some moas and one of them posted a picture of jake and i thought he was so good-looking that i had to find out which group he is part of. and that’s how i found out about enhypen. that was in august/september of 2021 so i started stanning them around that time. i never heard about them before can you believe it? despite fever and drunk-dazed going viral just months before. i was just never a big bts fan so i wasn’t really interested in any groups associated with them. i think it’s safe to say that i was an sm stan before getting into enhypen.
my bias now is heeseung and i didn’t choose him, he chose me. i didn’t really pay attention to him at the beginning and than one day he shot up my bias list and hasn’t left since. my bias wreckers are the other 6 and i go through phases where i’m obsessed with a different member. for the last months it was ni-ki and jungwon. jungwon bias wrecked the shit out of me when i saw them live in september.
I got into Enhypen during Orange Blood era! Like right before it got released 🙂
I was really into txt’s music (still am tbh. love Heeseung + Beomgyu duo lol) and listened to some songs recommended by Apple that were similar to their music (mostly Given-Taken and Flicker) but it didn’t really click with me until I listened to TFW and Orange Flower!! After OB came out I added their whole discography to my playlist!!
I followed their music first and then got tickets for the Fate+ tour because I enjoyed it so much, so I was compelled to learn their names (I was determined not to get TOO into it, oh man I failed at that). Ni-Ki struck me as the quiet cool guy who just looked unbelievably fine, and I love that vibe!! His voice is recognizable and his dancing is just so fluid and smooth. I also just love his story and how hard he works at everything, to me he’s just such an admirably strong person. I really look up to him because it is so amazing how someone just a year younger than me could be so talented, strong, and successful. It inspires me to do my best every day and to keep trying even when I’m not confident I can succeed.
After seeing them in concert in 2024 I was literally immersed in Enhypen, not just Ni-Ki. I started actively following them on social media and getting super excited for every comeback!! This year (from February) was when I started diving a little deeper because I got VIP1 tickets to WTL!! My concert pregame was watching every single En-O-Clock episode, lol.
My bias is and always will be Ni-Ki mainly because of what I said above, but my bias wreckers change all the time!! It’s been every member, in order it’s been Heeseung (from Fate+), Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jake, Jay, Sunoo, Heeseung (from Coachella), Jake, Sunoo+Jay (from WTL), and it’s currently Sunghoon and probably will be for a while. He’s just. Perfect.
I love Enhypen because I admire their work ethic. I do martial arts so respect and perseverance are really big parts of my life, and I truly believe Enhypen is respectful to each other, and they have worked so hard to get where they are. It never bothers me if people say they’re “just coworkers” because to me it’s not about how friendly they are, it’s about how respectful they are. And I see them not only being kind to each other but going above and beyond to be nice to others too. I’m glad they’ve been blessed with a killer discography and a big-name company, to help them get the recognition they deserve!!
I was at a korean shop and they played Bite Me. I was not into K-Pop at all but the song immediately caught my ear. I shazamed and listened to it for about a month nonstop. At some point I had some content on my FY page and some day I saw Jay singing this highnotes on the Demons cover and this was my breaking point. I was completely in love with his voice from that moment on. Needless to say, he’s my Bias since then.
That was half a year ago and I went completely down that rabbit hole ever since ❤️❤️❤️
As a Shawol, I knew about Ni-ki even before I-land. And I decided to watch I-land solely because of him. But that evolved into Ni-ki becoming my bias, thanks not only to his talent but also to his tenacious and strong personality. So, I eventually followed him to Enhypen. So, from the very beginning to the end, Ni-ki has remained my bias. And over the years, my admiration for him has only grown and strengthened, just as his talent and personality have developed and matured.
I love this episode! I got into Enhypen after seeing Jay and Jungwon on a great episode of Run Jin (the radish pulling game lol) but Heeseung is so cute and funny when talking about ramen.
Jungwon! I watched I-land and I was impressed with his dancing and how kind he was. I also quickly fell in love with Jake because of his personality and how well he fit in with the group. I like group chemistry and he seemed like everyone’s friend. These two are still my biases but in general, I like the WHOLE group. They’re all to talented and attractive.
Got into enha right before M:D1 released. First song I heard was Drunk-Dazed, this was on a random yt short that ranked kpop group concepts. Wasn’t a kpop fan then and didn’t understand what a concept was but the first song that played was Drunk-Dazed and I was hooked. While I never liked most of their songs on the first listen (this is just a genre preference thing), I love watching their choreos and, when I realised how much content they put out, their personalities.
Jake was my first bias. Watched I-land and finished it right as Manifesto released and fell in love with everything Jay is – he’s been my bias since! I do love them all though, and I have a soft spot for the 02z and their dynamics with each other.
I became an ENGENE since December 2024; when I get Sunghooned and got curious which group is he in. After when knew he’s from ENHYPEN; I listened to their music and learned abt the members- therefore felt in love with them. My first bias was Sunghoon and my current bias is Jungwon!!!

but what’s funny is that the one who caught my attention was heeseung instead of ni-ki, at first i thought why is heeseung looked a bit like leo from vixx in d-d hahaha and till now heeseung is still my bias in enhypen
I knew of Enhypen because I learned the dance to XO in a K-pop dance class I took at my university, but I didn’t become an Engene until I saw them cover Demons and Jay did that squinty eye thing while hitting that powerful note. I was instantly hooked and went down the rabbit hole hard. Jay became my first bias but Heeseung is right up there now with Jay. I’m watching i-land for the first time and Jay’s strong determination and tenacity and Heeseung’s soft humbleness just makes me love both of them even more! Jungwon is also so adorable! I love them all though!
I started listening to their songs mid 2024 during romance untold’s release during which I liked Jake and Sunghoon the most. But even tho I wanted to be really into enhypen(caused I loved the music) it never really clicked till I watched island and I’ve been heeseung biased ever since + they’re my ult group now<3
First heard Bite Me via a 5wirl AI cover then looked into the original version by Enhypen but I didn’t do much about it, then BTHB audios started appearing in the background of LITERALLY EVERY YOUTUBE SHORT (during 2024 when it released I think). And that’s how I eventually became an Engene~ How time flies haha

I started getting into their music just before coachella, like around March, so I had a pretty good introduction to them lol. I remember I listened to Loose on the day it released because I saw people changing their pfp’s to blue ones, and wanted to check it out. After watching their enchella performance, I thought they were so cool and wanted to get to know the members. I did see that my friend reacted to me listening to Moonstruck on Airbuds in January, which I don’t remember at all 😭
Heeseung caught my eye at first (honestly because of the Heeseung walk lmao), then I remember seeing a tiktok of Jay and Jungwon and thinking that the guy on the left (Jay) is really handsome. Ni-ki was my first bias however, but that quickly changed to Jay and now he’s my ult!!

when i saw jungwon, i knew i was gonna be a fan. not in my 15 years of following kpop did i ever encounter someone just outright deny rumors of smoking and dating. he keeps pn shocking me, and now im officially an engene!
I became an ENGENE during 2023 with their Sweet Venom Studio Choom performance!😍 Heeseung was the first that caught my eye and he became my ult very quickly!❤️🔥 I love all of them, in fact ENHA is my ult group!
