    [IPQ Official Statement:](https://x.com/i/status/2001108908887445851)

    >Hello, this is IPQ.

    >With regard to the legal matter involving OMEGA X member Hwichan, we would like to clarify the course of events and our official position as follows.

    >On March 19, 2024, Spire Entertainment, the former agency of OMEGA X, held a press conference and filed a criminal complaint against its former artist Hwichan, alleging charges of forcible molestation. At that time, Spire claimed to present CCTV footage as evidence to support its allegations; however, the footage was only partially disclosed and had been edited, and the complete original footage was never released.

    >From the early stages of the case, both Hwichan and IPQ continuously requested, through investigative authorities, the submission of the full, unedited CCTV footage. Nevertheless, throughout the entire police investigation and inquiry process, the complete CCTV footage was never submitted nor verified even once.

    >As a result, after a prolonged investigation, on December 11, 2025, the prosecution rendered a decision of non-indictment due to lack of evidence regarding Hwichan. This decision clearly confirms that there was no objective or credible evidence sufficient to substantiate the allegations.

    >For approximately one year and ten months, Hwichan endured severe social stigma and profound mental distress due to allegations that were inconsistent with the facts. Irreparable harm was inflicted not only upon him but also upon all OMEGA X members and their families. Despite this, a former executive of Spire Entertainment has announced intentions to pursue additional legal actions, such as filing objections, even after the non-indictment decision. IPQ finds it deeply regrettable that a matter already concluded by investigative authorities continues to be repeatedly raised, causing further suffering to the artist and the group as a whole.

    >IPQ unequivocally states that Hwichan committed no criminal wrongdoing and sincerely hopes that distorted claims and malicious allegations will cease immediately. Furthermore, IPQ will continue to review and pursue all necessary legal measures to protect the honor and rights of its artists and will respond firmly to any further violations.

    >Unverified claims, speculative reporting, and the dissemination of false information will only lead to additional harm. We respectfully ask members of the media and the public to base their judgment on the results of the official investigation and objective facts.

    >Thank you.

As of right now Hwichan is completing his military service and is expected to be discharged on April of next year.

That bitch just *had* to fuck with him one last time, and make a mockery of actual victims, including Hwichan. I hope he finds peace now.

  3. Wasn’t that the ceo who was sexuality harassing at least one member of this group before she abandoned them in another country? She’s vile.

  4. Finally, goddamn. I hate that he had to go through this. It’s genuinely hard to read about the shit Omega X dealt with, and this was just one more way of trying to humiliate and lord power over Hwichan (and the rest of the group by proxy).

For his sake and everyone else’s, I really want to hope they won’t be hearing from her or anyone at Spire again. They deserve to move forward without having to worry about having the people that abused them on their backs.
