  1. Can’t think of another group who’s members hit the music scene individually the way Blackpink members did. They’re legit way more famous now than they were 1-2 years ago. Absolutely insane.

  2. This is a weird list. It seems like they’re using group chart performances as the metrics but they’re separating each spot by individual member. So 1-13 are all members of Seventeen, 15-19 are TXT, 21-29 are Twice, 30-37 are Stray Kids, 39-45 are Enhypen, 47-54 are Ateez, etc.

Some groups are listed as one entity like Day6 at 100, yet a lot of the individual members being listed don’t actually have notable solo activities outside of the group, so I don’t understand where Billboard is drawing the line.

There’s also a disclaimer that the members are listed in order of their official listings provided by their agencies. So they generally ranked leaders/eldest members/centers the highest and the youngest members lowest, for example.

Can someone explain this list to me lmao

What is it ranking? It just seems random as fuck and with random summaries of the artists when half of them didn’t release anything this year
