Damn, hard for me to believe it’s already 7 years – time really flies. They’ve always been a group with such a strong discography and I’m glad the article says they’ll be continuing as a group

As much as I was mentally preparing for this and kind of hoping they would go elsewhere… This still hits like a ton of bricks. I’ll follow them to the ends of the earth and I’ll support them wherever they land but my heart hurts in the meantime.
The writing has been on the wall for a while with RBW and their subsidiaries, losing ONEUS is just another in a long string of them hemorrhaging talent they should have invested in instead of buying up real estate. The thought of ONEUS leaving RBW this year had been in the back of my mind all 2025 but I didn’t think it would actually happen… But given the fumbles RBW has done over the last 2 years… I’m not surprised?
They’re keeping their name. They’re staying together. That’s good and I’m so relieved to see that. Now I just hope they find somewhere that will actually put time and effort into seeing them succeed.

RBW fundamentally lacks the ability to retain the talent they debut. This doesn’t surprise me at all.

>Hello, this is RBW.
>First of all, we would like to sincerely thank TO MOON (ONEUS’s fanclub) for their unwavering love and support for ONEUS.
>We have been in discussions with ONEUS regarding their future activities and following such discussions, we have mutually agreed to conclude our exclusive contract with all five ONEUS members at the end of their contract in February 2026.
>ONEUS will wrap up their official schedules under RBW with the release of their new album and following broadcast activities in January 2026.
>Despite the conclusion of our exclusive contract, both the members and the agency have agreed to maintain the value and identity of the ONEUS name, and have agreed to have them continue using the ONEUS name for their group activities in the future.
>We plan to proactively cooperate on all of the matters necessary for their team activities so that the members can continue their relationship with TO MOON as ONEUS.
>We are deeply grateful to the ONEUS members who have achieved meaningful growth alongside us and we ask for your constant interest and support for the five members who will continue as ONEUS.
I’ve been a fan of ONEUS since predebut when some of the members appeared on Produce. I’ve seen them live in concert and they’re one of my favorite K-pop groups ever.
I’m sad to see RBW couldn’t manage them properly. Happy though that it seems by the statement they’ll still be a group. 💜

My first reaction over the title was a cartoonish “Oh no!” but after actually looking at the article, I’m glad they have plans to continue as a group, hopefully works out for them. Oneus has such a top tier discography, it would be a shame if we didn’t get any more of it.
I hope whatever route they take from here turns out well for the members.

I knew they were going to stay together, regardless, because of how close they are, but was unsure if there’d be any pushback. I’m glad they get to keep their name.
I wonder if ONEWE will leave, too. They re-debuted under RBW a little later after ONEUS.

Happy for them and surprised they got to keep their name? I thought RBW is obsessed with IP so they might have reached an agreement.

Wow, first PURPLE KISS and now ONEUS is leaving the company. It seems RBW will only have Mamamoo and Onewe after this. Is it possible they’re going bankrupt? This sounds like IST’s situation
