So I recently upgraded my tickets for Twice yesterday. I had seats 117 Row Y 1-2 which were around 242 each bringing a total of 478.58. And then yesterday I saw two tickets with a much closer view for a value of 246.20. And when I was on call I remember the guy was like “your total would be around 30 something with the upgrade fee” and then when he was about to charge me the total is was now 73.38. And now I can’t find a list of all the hidden fees and stuff on Ticketmaster..I thought we would only pay the difference and tax and receive an email with all fees charged too.. I have a screenshot of the seat with the I initial value I took during the call before it disappeared. I just need help understanding, thank you in advance!
