  1. Doing my part to tell people to be vigilant about ticket buying and not buying from resellers.

i thought reselling is not as major of a problem because it’s illegal? And how does anyone actually successfully sell/buy tickets through resale? i thought you had to be there with your ID when it’s time to pick up your tickets?

    >”Fan communities online are calling for “a full audit of tickets obtained through abnormal queue bypasses, stricter identification checks at entry and verification of wristbands” to prevent unauthorized transfers.”

Individual fans were limited to 4 tickets per show. People winning the queue war and buying 4 tickets to sell aren’t the problem. Ticketmaster and SeatGeek scalping their own tickets and/ or allowing their preferred ticket brokers to bypass the queue and the max limits to grab entire rows of tickets to resell for 4x+ cost are the problem.

[Ticketmaster is being sued by the FTC for doing this](https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2025/09/ftc-sues-live-nation-ticketmaster-engaging-illegal-ticket-resale-tactics-deceiving-artists-consumers). It’s not stopping them.

  4. i saw a post by a K-ARMY the day tickets went on sale showing a group of chinese scalpers advertising whole rows of tickets.. even non-ticketmaster ticket vendors suck ass

They need to implement a Japanese style ticket lottery system.

    This would significantly reduce scalping.

For the love of God, please don’t take loans or pressure your parents to buy second hand tickets. This is not a necessity, I promise there’s way better things to spend your money on. Now if you have the means to buy, do it or else don’t.
