As Italian media at the Milano Cortina 2026 Media Center, I had the opportunity to ask Sunghoon a question about the Olympics.

Referencing the line from Shout Out — ā€œā€™Til the e-end of time, the story of you and Iā€ — we asked whether being at the Olympics, watching the competitions in person, felt like quietly fulfilling a dream.

He shared that it was actually his first time attending a competition live. He admitted he was quite nervous, and that being there made him miss figure skating while also filling him with excitement. He found himself sincerely cheering for the athletes, caught between tension and anticipation. Although he would have liked to attend more events, he has to return to Korea soon. Still, he said he will continue to support the Korean athletes, even if only in words.

The stage is different, but the ice is still part of the story. From the rink to the Olympic arena, it’s a journey that, in its own way, quietly comes full circle.

  1. It’s so cool because he can actually watch the events and understand how the scoring works, if the techniques were good, the nervousness and excitement of the athletes. It must be really nostalgic for him.
