    This is your guide to the big night, so give it a quick read and get ready to have an epic time! Please have your ticket(s) in hand before you arrive at the VIP Nation table. Can’t wait to see you at the show!

    VIP Check-In Information

    Check-In Time: 12:00pm – 4:30pm

    Location: F Street Entrance – Look for the VIP Nation signage

    PLEASE NOTE: CAMPING IS NOT PERMITTED & CAMPING NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HONORED. GA ENTRY WILL BE RANDOMIZED.

    Your host: Please text +1 310-269-7070 for day of show issues only.

    Additional Information:

    Merch Shopping: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

    Soundcheck: 6:00pm

    Public Doors: 6:30pm

    Show Time: 8:00pm

    If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will miss the soundcheck.

    If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will miss the pre-show merch shopping & early entry.

    If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will miss merch pick up. Merch available on site will not be shipped.

    Does anyone know exactly how the GA VIP work? I’m slightly confused on how the standing section is going to work. I’m not sure if I should come to the venue early, like around 3-4 to get merch and to get a good spot for the soundcheck. Do we just stay in the venue after the soundcheck happens?

    I saw that the GA Entry is randomized but I’m not sure what that means, does that mean even if I come early, the entry to the soundcheck is random? It’s my first VIP so I’ve got a few questions haha.
    Also does anyone know what side or where Sana will be / have her solo? She’s my bias hahaha.

    Does anyone know if we can take a stool to premerch at 1 pm on the 13th? Or would I just have to stand in line? This is my first time going to a concert and I am unfamiliar with Capital One Arena regulations.
