first of all I wanted to make this post since I saw some people in youtube posting about it and I thought it would be really cool to spread this I mean its an opinion but also not that popular anddd yeah I wanted more people to know about the possibilities between these three groups. Keep in mind that I wasn't the one who thought of this idea first. I saw the idea by someone on youtube, (the video: https://youtube.com/shorts/N9jXCAVjk5w?si=BeEtklDVMICTcIJ9 )
heart-shaped fangs: In enhypen’s No Doubt MV, there's a scene where Sunghoon has a heart-shaped bite mark on his neck. [timestamp: 0:44] That’s already quite unusual since vampire bites are almost never stylized like that Then in ILLIT’s Cherish (My Love) MV, during Wonhee’s part, she bites a piece of paper and it leaves a heart-shaped bite mark [timestamp: 0:51] same shape, same "bite" imagery but different worlds, Probably a coincidence? Im not sure
Now here’s where &team comes in: enhypen and andteam already have a confirmed vampire-werewolf lore connection, where: Enhypen represents immortality, choice, and resisting natural cycles Andteam represents instinct, the moon, brotherhood, and being bound to cycles It is confirmed that their lores are connected. With andteam appearing in their Drunk-dazed MV which we already know by now. ENHYPEN portrays vampires in the webtoon Dark Moon: The Blood Altar, while &TEAM are portrayed as werewolves in Dark Moon: The Grey City. its obvious that the two groups's lore are connected So if vampires and werewolves are two outcomes of transformation then what If illit Is the origin point? Illit doesn’t show physical violence or blood. Instead, they leave imprints on objects, memories, and emotions. Their dreamcore/liminal concept feels like the in-between space in which the place where something changes before it becomes physical.
now, the vampire diaries parrallel: This also lines up with a trope from The Vampire Diaries Universe, where heart-shaped fangs are associated with rare vampire lineage or deep supernatural bonds (e.g. the fictional “vampire twin sisters” clue). (Search up Vampire twin sisters heart shaped fangs on google and click on the first article to see) That makes the heart-shaped bite feel less like "love imagery" and more like: amark of origin and shared supernatural signature And why this feels kinda intentional? Same company, same creative ecosystem, repeated highly specific symbolism, canon vampire-werewolf link already exists. It doesn’t feel like a coincidence, it feels like shared visual language, with illit acting as the liminal starting point, enhypen embodying eternal choice, and andteam embodying instinct and cycles. Then also SAME company. Illit & Enhypen = both groups under Belift Lab.
But, although it isn't confirmed by HYBE that Illit is involved, this would still be very cool if it were that illit was connected with the other grooup's lore. Tell me what you think about this!! Sorry if the wording seems bad since english aint quite my first language (yeah yeah thats what they all say, jayie 🙄) its my first time posting on reddit so lol.
