Yeah. Security needs to be adjusted for sure. This is completely unacceptable. I would never let my clients even sit that close to a window while the blinds are open. Ridiculous. Poor Queen. 💕

Exactly :(( apparently festival-goers do sometimes camp outside the hotel but it’s wayyyy crossing the liine to be shooting a laser into someone’s window wth?? there is no sane reason to be scaring your favorite idol like that just to get five seconds of attention…

I had my concerns and now they’ve been rectified… The whole screaming happy birthday is INSANE why do the fans know where she is staying and also, why are they screaming hbd? That’s not cute or nice. It’s straight up psychotic. They need better security.

Just to provide some additional context from what I’ve gathered:
1) All performers for Viña del Mar stay together at the same hotel every year and it is common for people to camp outside the hotel to see/cheer for their favorite performers so there was no stalking involved to get the girls’ hotel location.
2) There is minimal safety concerns since the fans/people are doing it behind a barricade of sorts and not inside the actual hotel grounds which has security present at all times.
3) Based on the twitter posts of some Chilean fans who were supposedly there, they were only shouting ‘Happy Birthday’ to Hae Won to congratulate her but the laser was done by other people present there to troll(?) her and not by the fans themselves.

Maybe it was me but i was so focused on her that i really dont know if it was her a staff or bae but someone said what are you doing in a deep voice maybe was her quickly shouting to the one who did that

Some degree of inappropriateness from fans is to be expected in her job, but this is beyond the pale. Even in this screenshot, Haewon looks justifiably disturbed. I hope someone got whoever had that laser. 😤
