It is so hard to not just listen to this album over and over again on loop the way I used to with cds back in the day. I have to consciously let a few other songs play before I let myself start it over again. And full album, too. No skips.

at a certain point if a release is this big and people keep downplaying the impact, saying “this is just the fandom streaming, the gp doesnt care about it,” perhaps the fandom includes a lot of the gp?? lol

ARIRANG has just been killing it, it’s about to hit 1 billion streams on sootify already and BTS also recorded the biggest streaming month for a group and asian act on spotify with ~1.4 billion streams just in March.
Its also still doing incredibly well on Apple Music too despite multiple album drops, and the Youtube Music numbers are also huge especially considering that most armys are not prioritizing YT as much. Multiple tracks are also going viral separately on tiktok because I have seen multiple trends for Hooligan, They dont know Bout us, FYA, Like Animals and 2.0. I am really so happy for BTS, this has been such an era so far!

Still mind boggling to me that there are people out there who have been foaming at the mouths attempting to downplay their success. To be clear Iâm not talking about those who simply arenât a fan of the direction they took for this album (music taste is obv subjective but you low key got bad taste if you think this album overall was a flop lmao).. Iâm referring to the rabid bunch of antis who apparently make it their life purpose to tear BTS down.. itâs actually fascinating to watch – BTS living in their minds rent-free while they continue to bark into the void and wallow in their own sludge of toxic hate. Like I genuinely feel sorry for those people.. I would hate to live my life like that.
At the end of the day the overwhelming majority of folks (myself included) are absolutely loving this album. BTS will continue to strengthen their legacy, make millions, bring joy to fans worldwide, and live out their dreams. The boys are out here selling out stadiums worldwide.. and then you got people in snark subs creating low vibrational, low IQ sNaRk cOnTeNt lmao. Interesting use of free will to say the least.. canât make this stuff up!
