chaewon sometimes wore that white veil thing and sometimes didnt. this seems like a similar case. sakura wore that under-layer thing sometimes and sometimes didnt.

I don’t have the time to go back and look at the catalog of concert photos, but …. what are the chances they picked up the extra piece somewhere along the way….. or maybe it got damaged during the tour so she stopped using it?
