the hypeman and the hypeapprentice
They often had funny banters like how Hoshi (and others) would encourage him to speak up and Hao would also be like “calm down.”
Also, they had the introvert x ipad kid energy 🤭 (sorry). I remember The8 meditating while Hoshi was shooting water towards him, and he’s just trying to be calm.

I have so many SoonHao favorite moments, but I’ll share only a few:

2. Hao squeezing [Hoshi’s hamster cheeks](https://www.reddit.com/r/seventeen/s/hEq1P1iMaW).
3. Hao sitting next to Hoshi in [TTT](https://youtu.be/2lTN_tCtuq0?t=394) and splashing water with his feet. I also love this [TTT GoSe moment](https://youtu.be/Ffz8WsfQNu4?t=520). Hao’s expressions kill me 🤣
Anti-horanghae agenda PRESIDENT and horanghae
I really adore those two together. The cuteness agression Hao has toward Hoshi is everything. The way Hoshi just let himself being manhandled is also peak. I love seeing Minghao holding or squeezing Hoshi’s face. Looking more closely it’s reciprocal Hoshi also treats Hao like he’s so cute. Especially with how he teases him. Their dance practice dynamic with Hoshi being strict and Hao calling him out of it is also amusing.
From what Hoshi said here:
**Q:** During trainee days which member did you think was the same as you?
**Hoshi:** “It was Dino. I adored him right from the start
**Q:**why?
**Hoshi:** “He was good at dancing and worked really hard. The8 was good at dancing too. i just liked people who were good (at dancing/singing etc).”
I’m adding this though it feels like soonchan material because to me it shows that even though Hao joined last, Hoshi seemed to have appreciated him right away.
Aside from being fond of each other. They seem to also really respect and trust each other.
**Hoshi:** “I’m with The8 often! My fashion style is heavily influenced by him, and I often ask him for fashion advice.”
**Minghao:**”Whenever I want advice for my paintings, the people I trust 100% are Hoshi and Vernon.”
I think it’s great that they’re in the PU together. As performers, as artists, there is something similar about the two. I feel like they have a solid idea of who they are as artists but also of what they want to achieve and it’s just a matter of finding the opportunity. I also think Hoshi is a big presence in the group for Minghao and with their little thing of passing the torch to Hao while Hoshi is enlisted shows that Hoshi also regards Minghao highly.
Long story short they adore each other😉.
