
i saw their workout routine and i was wondering if we're supposed to do all these exercises every single day or divide them on different days for proper results?
ps: im a dancer but i wanna lose some weight and overall fats, but especially belly fat. so will this work?

I would just pick a handful you want to do a few times a week. Once you build up the strength, you can do them all in one routine.
It’s supposed to be once a day! (with 1-2 rest days per week) However, this is too much for beginners and you might find it too challenging at first, so maybe you should cut it down to 2-3 sets until you feel ready to do 4 (and maybe also skip the jumping jacks or/and burpees at first depending on what level you’re at now).
Also, since your goal is losing weight, I’d say eating healthy should also be a priority because exercise alone won’t really do it. And don’t get discouraged if you don’t lose the belly fat right away! Most people lose face and neck fat first, and belly fat is usually the last to go, but everyone’s body is different and it’s impossible to target fat loss in any part of your body.

Which results are “proper”? Mostly you’ll get better at the things in the workout and things like things in the workout, which does include stamina and explosiveness you need for dance.
When you lose fat you don’t control from where. You also lose some muscle mass at the same time. This is normal, your goal is to lose not too much muscle when losing fat, and to not gain too much fat when gaining muscle.
Fat loss is more about diet than exercise but it’s complicated. It’s more like you think more and more in terms of fueling as an athlete – like yeah you have carbs before or during cardio, protein after but you know why you’re eating it.
Mostly ignore idols. Fans demand they eat basically nothing. You can do the math… an idol like Chaewon is probably eating like 2400 cal on a performance day just to maintain body weight. Similar to like a 180 lb guy working a desk job. But they can’t show off their extreme diets while being honest with fans who don’t understand their job is physically demanding and consumes lots of energy.
That’s an incredibly hard workout and I’ve been doing calisthenics for more than 5 years now , the first few workouts stay in between 8-12 reps per set , you can do exercises back to back without breaks if they target different muscle groups or they’re isometric exercises like planking is, then take a 3-4 minute break depending if you’re out of breath or not , try going for 3 or 4 sets per exercise , don’t overthink things
I think they said they used to do this routine as a warmup before their dance practice 😭 so at least once a day.
I haven’t been able to do the full workout but I could at least do 2 x 30 reps for all exercises
This helps but the only way to lose belly fat is to do a calorie deficit
I feel like I’m about to faint after finishing this list……
Can I know where’s the source of this list?
I just wondering if the source is credible, like is this really the workout the girls did.
