    I am loving this era of Bangtan and seeing them in the role of sunbaenim🥹❤️

    OT7 has seemed so confident, positively glowing this comeback. It’s just nice to see them having unrestrained fun, laughing, and enjoying the ride now that they are established and galvanized.

    On top of that, the love they are giving the younger groups and the love being shown back is so damn refreshing and respectful. It’s uplifting and fills my cup to see them support those coming up behind. That means so much to artists who look up to them or are inspired by them. It doesn’t feel like “every man for himself”, you know? It feels mutually supportive.

    In the West some of my favourite artists have constant beef about who is too old, who is too rookie, or that “there’s only room enough for one of us at the top” energy. It’s exhausting and petty, and so disheartening. Think Nicki Minaj versus Lil Kim, Cardi B, Meghan thee Stallion . . . Well, everyone.

    Besides Minaj being a Trump supporter which was already enough for me to bounce ahaha — I really hate seeing that petty holier-than-thou attitude. It turns me off from a person altogether. If your talent speaks for itself you have nothing to be intimidated about and you don’t have to put others down to be up, you’ll just be up because you worked hard and turned it out. But talking shit about other talent is to me a sign of weakness in your craft and personality.

    Seeing BTS at the status they are now and showing so much love to the artists from their own country and receiving it back is so wholesome. It is such a palette cleanser from the crab bucket drama we often see among artists in the West. Leading by example and we love to see it.❤️ Bangtan are a class act. I’d love for this kind of behaviour to become more normalized than the crab bucket nonsense.

    Performing, writing and composing music is *hard work*. Anyone who says otherwise has never been in a dance studio and/or recordist studio. I’ve done both. I have incredible respect for any artist who goes out there and does it, and doubly so for artists who support others while doing it.
