I bought the Blink membership for Blink presale for Blackpink concert and now it is said that it is not eligible for membership presale. Am I paying for the membership for nothing? Does anyone have the same issue? How do you resolve it?

Maybe it isn’t all Blackpink memberships? I’m wondering if it’s something like Ticketmaster where you have to be ‘selected’?
I’ve had mine since last year and got this same email. I’m hoping its a glitch? Doesn’t seem right.
