I love it so much when the members harmonize with each other so here’s an appreciation post! Some of my favorite harmonies at the top of my head are:
* [Still Lonely](https://youtu.be/9W3tw8lC0H8?t=43): Hoshi and Dino’s pre-chorus. I literally don’t know how Dino’s voice can go that low in freaking 2016 but it sends my brain into overdrive every time. Their voices blend together so well too – it’s like a wafer bar idk how else to describe it. Iconic.
* [Lilili Yabbay on Rolling Stone In My Room](https://youtu.be/qFcsPXQWN6U?t=517): I ascended. The fact that we never get a studio version of this is a crime.
* [HOME;RUN](https://youtu.be/PtpueMDdSSA?t=178): Woozi’s harmonies on DK’s “oneureun jamkkan **shwigo gado dwae**.” This encore hit me like a truck ‘cuz I was like… oh that’s Woozi harmonizing?? And it became the part I look forward to the most too whenever I listen to this song lol.
* [Fighting](https://youtu.be/mBXBOLG06Wc?t=173): Final chorus with DK singing the melody and Seungkwan’s harmonizing on top of him. And then Hoshi’s high note followed by Kwan’s adlib. The fact that BSS is only second to vocal team in terms of vocals makes me chuckle.
* [Getting Closer](https://youtu.be/cr_lx0GSfrA): When the song came out I was legitimately scared because this song represented everything I hated the most about boy group music at the time… but I loved it. I’m not sure about music production terminology but I think it had a lot of harmonies, adlibs, and vocal doubling?? Which really kept the song sonically interesting. I notice them using the same technique on other loud hype songs like HIT, HOT, and Super as well, and those songs sound soooooo bombastic and grand, I love it.
* [Pretty U](https://youtu.be/j59LLNMEOZk): I’m sure an a capella video of the “Seventeen-teen-teENNN” exists somewhere on the internet but I don’t know where it is. If it doesn’t, there should be one. I desperately need it.
* [Don’t listen in secret](https://youtu.be/ACOU14kmhAY): Plugging this song with no timestamps because it’s a masterpiece from beginning to end. I desperately wish that vocal team would do another song like this. The Diamond Edge performance with that gothic-y concept killed me.
* [VERY NICE](https://youtu.be/J-wFp43XOrA): The undisputed supermodel. Think I hear Kwan’s (or Hoshi’s?) voice shouting Wonwoo’s line along with him (“sae shinbareul shinkko”). The pre-chorus is literally what walking past a flowery path to your crush’s house sounds like. The little “eotteoke **geuri yeppeo**” beneath Hao’s line. The bridge takes me straight to heaven. And then the final chant “oneul harudo aju **jeulgeowosseoyo…**” is just so cute!!! I’m out of breath praising this song.
