I bought the Alter Ego CD and apart from the fact that it does not have the collaborations of Meghan Thee Stallion and Future, there is not Born Again either. Does anyone know why?

The three collabs born again, rapunzel ft. MTS and FUTW ft. Future – were added a month before the release in the album. You must have ordered these before these collabs were even there in the album. So most of the physical CDs that were dispatched early and manufactured and ordered early – they donβt have these collabs.
Edit: This is also the reason there were 3 albums on spotify and itunes when the album was released. They gave the 12 track album first to spotify and iTunes. These 3 collabs were added in the last minute hence the another 15 track album. So two separate explicit version albums with different track numbers plus the clean version – were released on the release day.
Physical release is different from streaming. Mostly due to physical version being what they thought final version of album was going to be at time of sending album to pressing companies by whatever deadline they had. However it’s now common to make last minute changes to albums for digital releases often due to last minute mixing changes or marketing. Funny enough I prefer the cd over digital for this album.Β As of now all regular cds, all photobook cds and all vinyl for this album are the same tracklist. (I own every variant for confirmation, so it doesent matter when or where you purchased the cd from)
