Interesting and understandable considering all the people that apply to stuff just for the sake of it, but have no intention to go. I remember seeing photos of the ARMY zone booth for a Jungkook event and a lot of packages were unclaimed because of people who didn’t show up. Though I t’s a shame for folks who might have a last minute emergency or something.
