They are ear acupuncture patches. It’s supposedly effective in activating various systems throughout the body by pressing on the nerves in the ear. I used to wear one occasionally long time ago when I had digestive problems but never as many as Kyujin have on like in the picture. Were they effective? I’m not too sure, but it seems like they work for Kyujin.
Kyujin clearly takes her health seriously and you can often see her wearing them. It seems like a regular part of her self-care routine.

Looks like an infection from ear piercing? Wearing earphones during recordings probably caused it if they were not clean. Just a guess.
Looks like ear seeds LOL traditional chinese medicine employing acupressure on the ears.
