Hi everyone!! I wanted to know if anyone has had any problem when it comes to the buttons of the mp3 player? The up volume button on mine stopped working, I don’t know if I pressed the button too hard or there was a malfunction but the button is just not working. When I try clicking it the button just sinks in but doesn’t make the clicking sound. If anyone has tried opening the shell itself let me know or if anyone has any technological input 😫

My volume down button has been stuck since I got it and only works if I press it ridiculously hard. Kind of sucks for how much these things cost.
