Now that K-pop has established itself as a subculture in the West and after the huge viral success of ‘K-pop Demon Hunters’, we can expect a lot more film and series based on K-pop to be made to cash in on the trend. Some other upcoming movies and series already being developed in America and Korea include ‘Pitch Perfect: K-pop Idols’, ‘Perfect Girl’ and ‘Variety’.
