Was there an announcement they have left the group or it doesn’t exist anymore and the new project or group name is 4?

JYP appears confident following the court’s decision compelling KG to respond to their debt-free settlement offer. The case is now headed toward either a settlement or arbitration. No trial, no further public defamation. Which means it’s finally safe for the group to make their comeback.

I knew a rebrand was coming, I was confused why people thought it wasn’t happening. JYPE invested a lot into A2K and has been trying to be a force in the US since I was an elementary schooler.
I doubt they’d let the remaining members stay trainees and have all the time/funds/advertisements go to waste. I guess they were waiting until they felt KG would settle or they would come out the suit without much damages.
Because, I do not think this suit messed up their connections in the states. I doubt it caused any investors to back out the Latin American version of A2K. I feel like it just damaged their image to kpop fans who followed the case and that was shockingly, not that many people.
And at that, I wouldn’t be shocked if fans forget/forgive JYPE USA in a few years. Some already feel exhausted of the back and forth, both sides revealing new evidence, etc. And just want new music.
I expected this suit to much bigger than it has been but I guess that was me being naive/not realizing Vcha truly was nugu.

I’m glad they are rebranding! VCHA was not a nice name, at least for the Hispanic/latino community in the US.

I’d say a lot of things right now, but the most important thing is that all four of them are doing well, comfortable, and doing what they love. So I wish them the best of luck!

JYP hasn’t announced anything yet to claim former vcha.
(Whilst we know it’s a rebrand coming nothing is official)
Also a rebrand doesn’t make them former VCHA regardless. Theyre VCHA members who have changed their name in the same way that I-dle aren’t former (g)I-dle or NOWZ aren’t former nowadays

Ahhh this makes me so happy. My biggest frustration about the whole situation was the fact that a number of the girls clearly liked the group. Clearly wanted to stay with the group. And they were loosing their opportunity.
At least now they have a chance. Honestly hope people support them.

Hope that the 4 girls are in an equal position of power for their rights in the company.
