Hello everyone! I don’t know if this is the right place to be asking this question but I really want to go to the Lesserafim tour in Seattle but missed out on the ticket war.
Unfortunately now I have to go through the ticket reselling market, and Stubhub is well known for this. I found a ticket for a price that I wanted and it says in Stubhub that it includes VIP Benefits.
I was wondering if there’s any way I can know which VIP benefits I’m getting by buying this ticket? Also, I’ve read here and there that VIP benefits are non-transferrable (also stated in the website) which does this mean that the I’m only paying for the seat without the VIP benefits?
If VIP benefits are non-transferrable, is there any way I could get VIP going through the resell market? I would love to attend the soundchecks and/or send-off.
Thank you all in advance! I’m looking forward to my first concert!

From what ive heard i dont think vip transfers through resell. i believe u need to be with them or have their ID. knowing the person who sells u the ticket might be better (there are a lot of megatreads on this subreddit and on the le sserafim discord) be safe though and avoid scammers! if ur unsure the best thing to do is to not buy it!
that being said, the people ive talked to said that the security that lets u in might not check id and might just let u in based on the ticket.
I believe the closer the floor seating, the better the vip (ex first four rows u can assume youll get the “shimmer” vip)
again this is their first tour so just take my word with a grain of salt. good luck and hope u get vip! if you have more questions i think the le sserafim discord is a easy and helpful way to get more answers!

Officially? No. Per Ticketmaster/Live Nations terms and conditions for VIP packages all VIP privileges are void if a ticket containing a package is resold.
Reselling the ticket directly through TM will automatically remove all VIP perks from the ticket once it’s resold, which is why people use StubHub or other resell sites to try and resell them.
A resale through StubHub will only show to TM as the ticket being transferred to you not resold, so the VIP package will still show up on the ticket. However the VIP package will still be tied to the original purchaser and their information will be on the paperwork the venue gets as the person who needs to check in to claim the VIP perks. So even if your ticket says “VIP package” you can still be denied all VIP perks if the venue staff actually enforce the TM/Live Nation rules in VIP Checkin because you’re not the one listed on the paperwork.
Some venue staff are nice and will still let you check in, others are not and will straight up tell you “too bad”. You won’t have any idea if you’ll actually get the VIP privileges until you show up to the venue and try to claim them.
I just bought resale VIP for the BLACKPINK shows & the security directing me gave me a hard time and told me i wouldn’t get the benefits, but I’ve been to enough concerts to know to go ask anyways. Went to the VIP tent and they asked for my name & credit card, and I could tell they couldn’t find my name but once I showed them the ticket in the app that said VIP they gave me everything, no issues. I really do think it just depends on who you get.
That being said, I do think stubhub would be willing to reach out to the seller to ask for their ID for you. You pretty much just need a copy of the original buyer’s ID, which they should have no issues sending you with everything redacted.
