It’s sad but it was obvious some time ago, even if some people still believed she would come back.
I’m sad because she was my 2nd bias since i-land and she has so much talent, always loved her voice and her personality, she wasn’t afraid to be vocal in what she believed and wanted since i-land. And for me is the same situation as Youngseo that was one of my favorites in r u next and pre-debut ILLIT and ended leaving the group.
I hope that, like Youngseo’s case, Jiyoon can come back as an idol in the future – if she still wants it, obviously.

Hope Jiyoon the best, she was originally a TBL trainee and very talented, I wonder which company she is under, probably wakeone for now. She woukd do well as a soloist or if wakeone has a plan for another group debuting and Jiyoon’s health is better than maybe a redebut?

So many new female idols seem to leave their groups quickly in the new gen it seems. I wish Jiyoon all the best in whatever path in life she may take, but I do wonder what lead her to make this decision. Did she feel as if though her mental or physical health was just becoming too much to handle alongside holding an idol career? It’ll be up in the air as it was with youngseo and jinni I suppose. Sighhh I’ll miss her voice in izna songs so much. Jungeun and Jiyoon contributed so heavily for the vocals of the group
