
Has anyone ordered and actually received (or even just had their order shipped…) an order from the official EU Blackpink store? I ordered from the site https://eu.blackpinkofficial.store/ about a month ago and keep receiving updates that dispatching my order is delayed. Starting to think I've fallen for a scam…..

A lot of the items say they are pre-order and to confirm you understand they won’t ship until Sept 30th. What did you order?
Off topic but I always thought their merch could be a lot better. Currently it just feels like a yearly football club shirt.
Hi I ordered from the UK version of this store. It’s definitely official but there is delays. Like yourself was supposed to have my t shirts shipped mid August and every few weeks they push it back and back. At the moment apparently they will ship September 12th but we’ll see
Just got the email saying the dispatch date has been pushed further and has now been changed to the 30th September due to more logistic problems. I sent a separate email to the customer service and have been told this, “your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet because the item is currently out of stock. This inventory limitation is the cause of the delay, and I totally get how disappointing that must feel. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to restock”
I ordered on the 15th August btw.
I ordered the moment the UK website opened in July and mine is also delayed until 30th 😔
They are legit, as I’ve ordered with them successfully before but I emailed them a few days ago to check on what was going on as I’d also pre ordered some concert merch stuff because I’m disabled and didn’t want to fight standing in line for stuff if it might be sold out, and I just asked kf they had an update/expected dispatch date as I’d recieved a couple different ones but I got a really weird response saying that my “order hasn’t been dispatched yet so there’s no tracking information available or delivery date estimation yet,” and when I replied saying that I wasn’t asking for any tracking details or delivery dates, I was emailing asking if they had any idea when the items would be dispatched/how things were going I then got a second email stating the exact same thing?? It turned out that they were using an AI customer service thing which I found out after receiving a follow up email that said “Hi how would you rate the help AI gave you?” and not a real human which explains the absolutely random emails that didn’t address anything I asked…
I also want to add I was really polite both times but I was frustrated to find out I’d been speaking to AI???? Like if you’re going to use AI for customer service at least make sure it knows what it’s talking about and doesn’t just give a useless generic answer to something not even asked? 😭 I understand getting a prompted “Thanks for your email, we’ll try to respond within ABC hours! If it’s about XYZ please make sure you’ve checked the FAQs below!” while waiting for a response but it was the fact the AI was replying as if I was speaking to a real human, yet completely ignoring what I was saying 😭
I ended up hearing back from a real person today who simply said “I can see your order contains pre order items and will be dispatched from the 30th of September. Pre order items will be dispatched together and not separately.” and I got an email about ten minutes later that said “Thanks for your order! Unfortunately due to logistics your order will now be expected to be dispatched on September 30th!”
TL;DR They are legit and I’ve successfully ordered from them in the past. So… idk what’s going on with them, but hopefully we should all still get our orders! I’ve never had this issue in the past with them, even for pre order items!
ETA: I placed my order on the 12th of August
The problem may be that the company that delivers the goods to the seller is not on time.
The shipment will not be successful if the sender has nothing to send.
