Hi Everyone!
With a new birthday cycle starting with Heeseung next month as usual we are re-planning the subreddit birthday activities to keep things fresh and enjoyable!
We are taking your votes on which previous events to keep and suggestions for new birthday celebration activities in the comments below, or on the google form here: Birthday event suggestion and feedback form
The suggestions can be a new type of contest post, mini tournament, game etc. Please note that the mod team has limited manpower, so if your new event suggestion requires a lot of time/effort or a specific skillset (e.g. graphic design) it is unlikely to be chosen unless you can commit to running it yourself for EVERY member – if you can please indicate that in the form!
This past round we had the events running for 10 days with:
- Member specific banners submitted by sub members (we are not planning on changing this for now)
- Icon contest to replace the subreddit icon for the birthday week
- Best Selca from the past year contest
- Best Line delivery discussion
- Appreciation on the birthday megathread

The form and comments will be open until September 20 and if we receive many possible suggestions we'll put them up for a vote the following days! Heeseung's birthday event is expected to kick off around October 8th.
