Go to a thrift store. You should be able to find this outfit. Or go to thredup.com (online thrift) if you don’t want to hunt in person.

You could do a google image search and it’ll direct you to some sites. Idk your size but I saw a size 0 skirt from American Eagle on Poshmark for $10 and also one on eBay from Brandy Melville ! If you want the big button on front- id glue them on lol That shirt is just a white button down top and the black vest prob super easy to find! That tie too!
