Interestiiing, in the teasers the instrumentals sounded more funky but in full, this seems to be more jazz-y. I may be far-off with that so those more familiar with the genre, let me know.
Jazz pieces are sometimes considered or labeled as chaotic so pretty in line with their love = chaotic theme.

Nobody kicks off a song better than Bae. Jiwoo’s gritty rap verse had me hyped, and Sullyoon’s high notes are absolute killers. The vocal layering is gorgeous, and the chorus hits SO hard! By the second listen I was already hooked and singing along. I love that this song is really highlighting their vocal talents.
This track perfectly captures the love/hate theme of the album. One of the things I love most about this group is that they’re never confined to a specific set of genres. They’re always bringing something fresh to the table, and that’s what keeps me coming back every time.
This is a beautiful song. NMIXX pre-releases never miss.

What a fucking bop. No changeup, but still mixxpop. Blending rock and dance beat in a perfect. Jiwoo is fucking *flowing* on this song. The vocals are crazy, and there’s so much more hidden in the layers of the mix it’s crazy. Jiwoo, Kyujin, and Bae on the bridge, and that last chorus is so epic and brought it all together. Truly exceeded my expectations even without a changeup. NMIXX’s production on songs is truly unmatched. It helps when they have such talented vocalists to use, each with a distinct vocal tone, but at the same time the producers are always layering so much in the audio mix it’s beautiful and gives you more and more to come back to every time you listen. IT’S AN OVER 3 MINUTE SONG! I genuinely can’t wait for this Recording Behind to hear all the mixed harmonies and who is doing what high notes in the background of that epic last chorus.
As for the video, I can only imagine how much fun they had with it. A lot of sensual moments but not at all over-the-top. I think this may be the best Lily has ever looked she is drop dead gorgeous. Jjyuahz lovers getting a bunch of content. I can’t help but find Kyujin adorable even when she’s convincingly trying to be sexy. She definitely pulls it off but I can’t see anything else but a cutiepie. Sullyoon’s gazes in this video are deadly. Surprisingly, there’s no dance in the MV which makes me wonder if we’re going to get a performance video or maybe they just aren’t going to promote this on music shows like they did with High Horse before Know About Me. Either way, I’m so excited for the rest of the album now and I’m going to be Spinning On this for the next 11 days.
