    I wanted to go back to San Francisco since Xmas last year and there were some places I wasn’t able to visit, so this will be the perfect opportunity to see the city and go to Namjoon’s exhibit! How exciting!

    This is so unbelievably cool and so Namjoon. I was just rewatching his panel at Art Basel where he was talking about his dream to open his own gallery in Seoul one day. This is the first step to getting there, I guess! So thrilled for him to see this dream start to come alive.

    And also SO HAPPY they’re announcing this a whole year in advance! And that it’s running for several months! Finally something I don’t have to panic and rush to plan attendance for haha.

    Rkive irl! He’s expressed wanting to show his personal art collection before, so what a cool opportunity to partner with a museum to do just that. Haven’t been up to the Bay in a min, but I will def go to see Namjoon’s exhibit next year.

    And I love what SFMOMA put in their IG caption: “See what inspires one of the world’s most influential musicians.” 👏

    but omg how cool is this!!!!! joon has talked about wanting to build his own space to display the art he’s collected over the years, and this feels like the first step towards that

    Oh yess he TOLD us he was definitely doing this! This is so exciting, and I’m so happy for him that this is now set in stone. I hope Joon knows he’s already done so much to get more people interested in art and wow this one is going to help do that even more.
