The love-hate theme of the album is so prevalent even here. The first five sound dark/matte (hate) while the second half is brighter (love).
Looking forward to all the tracks. I’m sure there are some curveballs here where the a cappella arrangement sounds way different from the actual track.

It actually makes me so mad that their marketing team is so terrible (they regularly post special characters on their tweets, which results in shadowbanning; they don’t use any hashtags on tiktok and only started posting their teasers at all on tiktok from blue valentine era). I just wish more people got to hear this music because I’m so sure so many people would fall in love with it

what a great audiovisual experience 😍 i am in love with the shots and their voices.
i was convinced they could never top the sheer beauty that is Fe3O4: Forward EP but i am glad to be proven wrong, this album isn’t even released yet but i’m this close to making it my entire personality.
Phoenix, Game Face, Adore U, and Shape of Love appeal to me most for now, but i am so excited for all of the songs to come out because i am so ready to love them all.

I had train noise flashbacks with the initial clock noises but thankfully they were only in between the tracks this time lol Forever love whoever decided in Expérgo era to have the girls do an acapella highlight medley, but its amazing and im glad theyve kept it up til now. Interesting too how they went from an empty room for the first two, getting a table for Stick Out, the infamous train for Forward, and now theyre on a wall of magical framed pictures. The only thing im not a fan of is the font because its so hard for me to read lol
Blue Valentine sounds like it could maybe be a slower r&b type song although it might just be an intro/outro and the rest of the song hits harder. from this clip alone its interesting to hear for a title track teaser and is giving imogen heap lol. Phoenix is giving an in your face electronic song, Reality Hurts sounds like its going to be maybe a Papillon type sound, and Rico seems like itll be the last in the “loud” track run starting from Spinnin on it. Game Face, Podium and Crush on You sound a bit brighter and more playful. Adore and Shape of Love sound more emotional and not typical ballads but will still have you in your feels type songs.
