  1. I cannot place what the chorus reminds me of. For some reason my mind goes to Avril Lavigne.

Also, that last shot of Jiwoo and Haewon in the sun…absolute perfection

  2. Haven’t got time to watch MV yet since I’m currently on my work so I only got to listen via Spotify – But damn the way they hid the chorus in the snippet, bravo.

  3. Fantastic. The chorus is gorgeous. My first listen was trying to grasp what direction the song was going but by the time it was over, it all settled quite perfectly. On second listen the chorus is already nestled comfortably in my brain.

This might be one of the brightest sounding promoted songs I heard from them in a while and I they took that brightness and put their spin on it. (no pun intended)

Don’t think I’ll ever again experience a song that I liked but was overthinking a tad for the first minute that would go on to leave me feeling so happy that I almost got a bit misty eyed by the end. Almost as strange of a feeling as this is as great of a song.

I’m kind of disappointed with the change in tempo, otherwise its a great song. The other songs in the album are amazing.

  7. A very different kind of song from the usual, which is their thing

Also a very aesthetically pleasing MV, for me anyway

Ans Sully and Jiwoo did not kiss unfortunately

  8. this might be my favorite nmixx track, it’s soooo good 😭 the chorus is immaculate, the ending is gorgeous. not to mention the MV!! everything is so perfect! 🩷😭

  9. This might be my favorite Nmixx song yet! The vibe is so good. Well done to the team on the video too 👏

vocals are always fire, harmonies tones

got that throwback 2000s pop-punk catchy sound from the teaser i expected more of the Jersey Club beat, just that little part

  11. Dice has finally been dethroned as my favorite title track.

I’ve seen a few saying they shed a tear… well add me to that crowd.

Idk why but the song makes me emotional (╥_╥)

Especially the last chorus with the video footage of them having fun?! Aaahhh I feel like tearing up

***I’m falling over and over and over,***
***You’re getting colder and colder and colder***

That was a rollercoaster of a song. Got teary eyed quite a few times from the verses especially that opening then, having the urge to jump and dance with that chorus 😆

The visuals of the MV too, perfectly thought out and complementary to this gorgeous song. Time to replay it, there’s a lot to unpack with each scene.

    Again, such a gorgeous song.

Edit: The chorus is now making me cry too 😂

  14. BLUE VALENTINE IS FINALLY HERE!!! NMIXX really outdid themselves again! The vocals, visuals, and emotion?? Perfection. 💙

  15. First impressions after ~6 listens: genuinely beautiful song and music video.

And for a song titled “Blue” Valentine the melody is really upbeat – and it’s awesome! The vocal-forward production is a treat for the ears too – not as much layering or ad-libs as Spinnin On It; on the other hand each member’s voice is so damn clean, crisp, and clear.

As 90s kid who ‘grew up’ on modern/alt rock & synthwave and later on old school EDM [trance & house], the instrumental hits all of those spots in the auditory center of my brain. The changeup (which we saw in the MV teaser & highlight medley) is a smooth AF transition to double-time tempo with syncopated breakbeats.

Even taking account recency bias, Blue Valentine might just be my favorite Nmixx title track now!

  16. This song is magical, beautiful, transcendent, emotional, perfection.

  17. Beautiful song with absolutely stunning visuals, can’t wait to go home and listen to the full album!

  18. Does anyone know why two of the tracks (Reality Hurts and Rico) aren’t available in Apple Music? It says they aren’t available in my county (USA) but the rest of the album is

  19. Love the song! Also, I cannot believe they actually released O.O part 1. I swear I’ve only seen one fan concert where they performed OO without the superhero part but I’m not sure if it’s the same track from back then. Actually, I think it’s a new version. Anyways, I’m very pleased with this album and title track!

  20. At first I was like “oooohhh it’s a ballad 👏”, then the change up, then the chorus 😍 I actually died
