  1. >BAE173’s Doha recently filed a lawsuit for confirmation of the non-existence of his exclusive contract and an application for an injunction against his agency, Pocketdol Studio. […]

    >The reasons Doha filed the lawsuit include settlement (payment) issues, the company’s financial difficulties, unilateral suspension of activities, and a breakdown of trust.

    >In the complaint, Doha’s side alleges, “They violated the obligation to provide settlement statements,” “They violated the obligation to provide supporting evidence for income and expenses,” and “They falsely listed expense items that were not actually spent as if they had been.”
Furthermore, he claimed the company unilaterally suspended his activities regardless of his own intentions. Doha’s side asserts that during a meeting on September 15, the company told him, “Then you’re out,” and unilaterally removed him from activities. On the 23rd, an announcement was posted on the fan cafe stating he was “suspending activities for health reasons” without his knowledge. He also pointed out the company’s accumulated debt and worsening financial situation.

    >Doha’s side sent an official document demanding corrections and giving notice of contract termination to Pocketdol Studio on September 30. As no action was taken by October 15, they sent a contract termination notice on the 17th. Subsequently, on the 22nd, they filed the lawsuit for confirmation of the non-existence of the exclusive contract and the application for an injunction. The first hearing for the injunction is scheduled for the 17th of this month.

Get them all out!! Dohyon & J-min escaped already, hopefully Doha wins this, and then the rest of them should just follow suit honestly. I 100% get that this is their dream, they’ve been in the company for years and have worked themselves through and through, but at this point they’re just wasting time staying in podol instead of venturing out, they won’t all get as lucky as J-min but anything’s better than the situation they’re in tbh

  3. He’s really endured so much and lost his youth to this trash company. I hope he finds happiness along with the remaining artists under PocketDol.
