Is this photocard rare?

So I don't really collect photocards (whatever's in my collection is what I got with albums and other merch) but I love chaeyoung so whenever I see one of hers that I like I usually buy it. One of the kpop stores I like is closing down so I went to go check out what they had left and I got this cause I liked the outfit and the heart, and I looked it up to try and find out what version it was from, but I can't really find any information. I just wanted to know more so I'm hoping someone can help me out
