251206 Twitter Update – TWICE <THIS IS FOR> WORLD TOUR IN HONG KONG – Day 1 Hong Kong ONCE, thank you for sharing this moment with us 🌟 We truly cherished this time with you 🎶🐯
Concert was amazing, the girls danced their hearts out! They started on time and there were barely any intermissions, played a ton of songs during the 2.5 hours, both classics and their newer songs! The solo stages were awesome too. Tons of crowd interaction, they gave heartfelt condolences addressing the recent tragedy in HK as well. They were very playful tonight too, at one point Momo and Sana had a dance off doing Chaeyoungie’s Shoot!
Only complaint was that the stadium didn’t differentiate standing areas for VIP and GA even though it was a $100 difference in ticket price. Also, the ONCEs at this concert were very rude and impolite and there was a lot of shoving. But none of that is on the girls at all, they did amazing and was able to make it an extremely memorable experience besides the circumstances!
Seeing them for the first time in person, I noticed Jihyo has a commanding stage presence, an aura like no other. Whenever she walks on the stage or talks to ONCE, everyone’s attention is on her, like an empress. She told ONCE to stop recording on their phones and to dance instead and everyone listened! Also, MVP of the night to Dahyun, she always goes to the edges of the stage and interacts with ONCEs more than any other! She’s so incredibly nice and will make gestures to every corner of the audience, which was so heartwarming to see!
